Who’s buying property today?

I found this graphic to be really interesting.  When you are selling your home you want to appeal to the right buyer, the problem?  Who's your buyer going to be?  It's really difficult to predict. What's most interesting to me is how even the 3 main groups are!  From Millennials to Boomers–that covers 40 years.  They're all buying right now.  So, when selling, you need to appeal to a very broad audience.
